At Merakii Mee, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion find isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the garments are unworn and in original condition.

  Label and Ship

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
